Apartment Cleaning
When you make a booking with us, you will be charged a £65 cleaning fee. All customers pay this fee for the apartment to be professionally cleaned and towels/bedding laundered upon your vacation of the property – this ensures that the apartment is cleaned ready for the next guests. Please note that this fee is for the usual standard cleaning service that would usually be expected from a holiday stay – if there is any other extensive cleaning to be done over and above this i.e excessive rubbish left around the floors and surfaces of the apartment/things smeared on walls etc, then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee which would be calculated on the basis of the additional work involved. We do hope that an additional fee will never have to be levied and that all guests will treat the property as they would their own home 🙂
